Personal data are necessary to deliver the shipment by courier and to carry out the related billing.

The telephone number indicated is used only if necessary, i.e. it is only and exclusively used in the following cases:
- communicate any problems arising during the purchase phase (incorrect compilation of some fields which could lead to incorrect delivery of the package);
- communicate any problems or difficulties on the part of the courier in delivering the package;

Yes, the user is obliged to register as SvapoLoco sells exclusively to private users of age.

No problem, the only thing to do is go to "My Account" "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to get your password back.

How can I return a defective product?

If you have a problem that has not been solved by our technical support, you can return the product to us after authorization from the staff and in any case within 12 months from when the order was placed.

The first step is to send an email to in which to indicate:

All our products are guaranteed for one year * (unless otherwise stated).

* The atomizers (or resistances for regenerable atomizers) have a life cycle (consumable and perishable objects) of about 15 days and once used they do not enjoy a guarantee for health and hygiene reasons.

* Batteries (consumable and perishable goods) for sale onwww. have a 12-month warranty.

* Products below cost are not covered by warranty.

The guarantee does not apply if the defect or damage has been caused by use that is not compliant and / or contrary to the instructions for use, eg. opening of the appliance, defects or damage caused by infiltration of liquids, falling, breaking, etc.

The products must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, in a good state of conservation, carefully packaged with the destination address clearly visible. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective outer box to prevent damage in transit. The return must first be approved.

In the case of "atomizers", "inhalers", "head coils", "cartomizers", "spare tanks" and "liquids", the right of withdrawal is possible (for hygienic reasons) only if the product has never been used and in the case of liquids it is never even opened.


If the indications listed above are not respected in their entirety, it will be our discretion to accept or not a Return.

Once the goods have been returned, what happens?

Once the product arrives in our warehouses, it will be examined to verify the actual malfunction.
If it is actually defective, a discount will be applied to the account to be used on your next order. The discount will be equal to the amount of the malfunctioning products.

You can cancel your order before payment or reschedule your order by contacting us. If some of the products ordered are not available, you will have the possibility of obtaining, after canceling the order, a refund of the amount spent in relation to the unavailable products or to order other products for an amount equal to that of the unavailable products.
